how it works
The lamp uses 20awg brass wire as a frame and for the circuit. The ic's used are a 8-bit shift register and an op amp. Two op amps are used to create two clocks at about 1hz and 7hz. Diodes are used to set the duty cycle. One led is lit up and moves in
a circle around the lamp.
